My Cottage Vignette
This was fun to paint but you could spend hours tapping in color for flowers and shrubbery. It looks a little crooked in the picture but that is because it isn't standing straight in the chair. Painted in one of my favorite colors - Americana Ice Blue and outlined around the edges with my favorite Krylon Silver Leaf Pen.

ReplyDeleteHi Brenda
ReplyDeleteI used to teach decorative painting years ago. My mother actually began to paint in the late 60's when it was just a fledgling art form and took lessons from the original founders of the decorative art society. I'm not sure , but I think she may even have a piece in the musuem. Your work is beautiful!
Thanks for leaving a comment so I could come by for a visit.

Hi, Brenda! Thanks for visiting my blog! I love this little cottage painting. My mom was a painter so I want to try it some day, too! ♥
