Flying Saucers ......

Have you ever seen a flying saucer?   We have on many occasions.  Actually, it is a rental house on Pensacola Beach in the Florida panhandle.  Someone had it built many years ago - someone with a different sense of humor I would say.  It has been featured in many magazines and seems to be a fully functioning house.  It sits on top of a small concrete house and has its own ramp leading to the front door.  I was born and raised in Pensacola and even though that house has been there "forever" I have never been inside.  The owners have an alien sillouette in the window and there are always tourists stopping by to take pictures.  I can only imagine the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows - it must be beautiful.  I think it would be great fun to take a tour - if I do I will be back with more photos.

  5. Hi Brenda Sweetie...
How fun is this. I love it. An alien spaceship house. I bet they do get strange on lookers at times, but I bet it is beautiful inside, and I imagine a 360 degree view, all the way around.

    Just like Sis, Marydon said,
This is the Miracle Weekend makeover. I am one of the hosting sites. For every comment left, Guideposts magazine will pay a dollar, to the next cancer makeover patient. Please stop by and read the story about 9 year old Charlie, and bless me with a comment. Out goal between the 4 or 5 blogs is 5,000. I know we can do it. I would appreciate it, if you pass the word around to as many friends as possible.

Thank you sweetie for a wonderful post. I love it. Have a glorious weekend. Country hugs from Phoenix, Sherry

Do you like base painting? BORING! :( I do tons of it at the same time because I want it all dried and cured when I'm ready to do the artwork!
